When you enroll to become a Consultant, or an Associate Consultant, your job is to simply find homeowners who are having trouble paying their mortgages. After your initial contact, all of the customer interaction, bank negotiations etc. are handled by FFPS. At the end, you either get a commission check or a hot lead for a real estate deal.

After payment of a one-time registration fee and completion of 4, 1.5 hour on-line training sessions, you will be certified to collect homeowner information and submit applications for 40% commissions. |

If you or someone you know is currently in loan foreclosure or just having trouble making mortgage payments, you can submit a confidential application on-line.
If the application is approved, FFPS will contact the client directly and advise them of the status when negotations are complete. |
Become a Certified Consultant
Certified Consultant: You can become a Loss Mitigation Consultant and earn 40% commissions for helping people out of foreclosure. 6 hours of online training is required to become a certified consultant.
Complete training, certification and ongoing back-office support, including 7 customizable web sites for marketing and admin. Commission is based on one month's mortgage payment. |
