They've been after us for some time now to live up to our namesake... Jesse James... and to truly become the "Outlaws" of Real Estate Investing, by upsetting the status quo and sharing these secret with others (Yes, many of them were inspired by the principles in "The Secret" book and video)!
Aside from the fact that we enjoy sharing and teaching, our selfish motivation is that we know we'll grow and prosper to the extent we help others achieve their dreams of wealth and freedom. Our core business is based on this principle, and we actually ran our business this way before "The Secret" was released (lol)!
Anyhow, we have finally developed the means to share our unique contribution to the world of real estate investing, in a way that can help others achieve ongoing financial freedom and help our business grow at the same time.
